    Only had one acoustic, one electric, one bass, and two amps for decades... but I was barely playing during those times... I could absolutely live with that again (or less) if times were tight.

    I like 5 watt world. Puts a "science " on it all.
    We're all different, so the answers are different. If you gig, mod or record, it's going to be different than the person who plays once or twice a month.
    I need an acoustic, humbucker guitar ,and a strat. I occasionally record, that's it.
    I was recently invited to join a band, but I chickened out because I get all nervous in performance situations! Lol
