Here's my two Squier Teles. The blonde is one I bought new around 1985 or so. The other is a CVC. Love them both. The blonde stays in open G, and set up a lil high for slide playing. The CVC is also an open G guitar for Stones type stuff.

After not owning an electric since I sold my Relic Strat 8 or 9 years ago I saw a friend selling this on Facebook and snapped it up instantly. A 2000 Squier std in a colour/scratchplate colour combo I've not seen before.... Plus it feels and plays great.

This Chambered Tele just arrived yesterday! It is a Master Series Squier manufactured at the Korean Cort plant in '04 (per serial "KC04...") which means that this must have been one of the early run models as they do not show up the their catalogs till '05. Set neck, block pearl inlays, and Duncan pups. I am stocked and she sounds fantastic!

Here is my first and only Squier I own. I had a Stetsbar Trem for a hard tail that I never installed and bought this guitar just for that install. Wow, what a great guitar plays and sounds great. This won't be the last Squier that I own. Love the stetsbar once I got it set up it stays in tune incredibly well. I also put some planet waves locking tuners on it and Graphtech nut and string trees.

One of the great things about the Blue Tele there... in my opinion, and what maybe helps it feel and play so great is the Maple Fret board "21" and not "22" fret neck... something they seemed to stop offering stock, on Standard Teles, from around 91 till present possibly... but certainly don't come as a stock option on Standards this year,,,and I have two, a 2004 FSR, and a "06, Obey Propaganda... both with the Rosewood, 22 fret neck. Although I'm sure its not the Maple or extra fret that makes it not fit my hands right, probably the radius, and C shaped back... but which ever, like the old fellow once said... "One Size Don't Fit All" love the blue by the way.

Some great looking guitars in this thread. 2 Squiers in this pic. My Affinity Telecaster and VM Surf Strat. Also pictured is my Epiphone Dot ES335 and a PR150 acoustic. My favorite is the strat!

You guys know these "cheap, inexpensive other country, out sourced" guitars aren't any good right!? Thats all I heard until I got on this forum then tried a couple. These Squier's are friggin' awesome! Myself, probably going with an Affinity, as that is my playing level. Having tried a few Tele's[in my very beginner ways!], the Affinity just seems to work at this point. Perhaps something "better" later, but, the Affinity, well, thats me! Cheap? NO. Inexpensive? Yes. Exactly what a guy like me needs. Thank you guys. You're awesome!

Sorry about the horrible pics, I'll get some better ones someday.
