Really feel like I've lost touch with the forum. Squier Talk is my daily go to forum and this way I'm just not getting my daily fix like I used to. Am I alone in this?

It is disappointing, but I've created a shortcut to the site via my device's browser. Actually not that bad.

Didn’t know there was a mobile Squier app. I use Tapatalk, and it’s great. As far as I recall, it’s available for both Android and Apple.

I didn’t even know there was an app. I always just go in through my phones browser.

    What happened to the app?

I never use the app because it's so cumbersome. I always use my phone through a browser...

I miss the app too. It suited me, I feel lost in the browser, and the tapatalk thing lasted about an hour in my phone before I deleted it!!!!
    Maybe it will return...????

Out of curiosity, does the app offer any new features over the mobile website? I'm quite a techy person, but I tend to avoid redundant apps, mainly considering the ST app is quite large given its function. Not to speak I find the mobile website really well optimized, so I can't really find a reason to justify having an app to do something I can with just a tap from the hot menu of Firefox, while also having an ad blocker to make the mobile experience better.

The font was bigger and you could set it to white letters on a black background, which was easier on my eyes. Those were the only advantages, IMO.

Safari gets me onto it ok but I have to log in each time. Tapatalk is easier as I can access this forum and TDPRI without having to log on each time, ditto for Strat talk. Tapatalk is a bit clunky though, not exactly an intuitive interface.

I didn't use the app a great deal, but did occasionally. It will be far less now using that worthless Tapatalk CRAP.

  19. I'm so low tech, it's miracle I'm here using my desk top. For me, apps is short for appetizers.:D
