It's cool to see yet another that didn't had the smaller Squier logo sanded off... Those are said to be awesome, the necks were US-made, the only thing worth upgrading would be the cheap Korean electronics.

The body isn’t original. Looks like maybe an Affinity body.

Good Catch. That 1 ply guard and saddles give it away don't they. Odd color for that model too now that I think about it.

The Squier Series did have a one ply guard originally. That color body wasn't a SS and the original SS saddles would have been cast ones, as you have correctly noted. Here's my 95, which was bought from the original owner and is unchanged from new.

Was gonna say don’t think that’s the right body. The neck are awesome. I also sanded my squier logo off lol since nothing on it is squier anymore. It’s basically a standard MIM

I went and looked at this one. Man it made me sad. Someone actually sanded the finish off the maple fret board. I was horrified.

Looks like something it is not right, I think it is a piece from this and a piece from that, I think $225.00 is to much. but I could be wrong. Nice color!

Yeah my buddy got it for $120 and it was an Affinity body and a fender Squier series neck. He said he will make his money back and then a little.
