No argument - they are ALMOST perfect (most DO need a 4-way mod, IMHO )

The Telecaster is indeed a great guitar but for me the Stratocaster is my favorite.

I've favored Teles on and off for over fifty years.

A Tele is a Tele is a Tele.

How many things can one say that about?

I don't know about the greatest, I'm sure there may be one or two high end customs that I don't know about, but they are my current favorite solid bodies electrics.

I want one down the line.

So the question arises ... which one to get? Maybe a VM or a CV ... that would be sweet.

Well------------------I was slow on a tele. I spent most of my younger days not liking them.
Then I finally tried my Bass playing friend's 69 Tele on his insistence and the thing began to grow on me until I finally saw the beauty of it. So now I have two teles and here they are.
