I just noticed, the real fantasy here are those completely full grocery shelves !! They didn't look like that, even before the virus attack !

    And that other reality...

God bless them all. The nurses, the doctors and other caregivers and their support teams.

TRUTH TELLING IS VERY IMPORTANT IN THESE TIMES OF INSTITUTIONALIZED DECEPTION PROPAGANDA AND DISINFORMATION. having recently been saved from internally bleeding to death and cared for with skillfulness ,respect and kindness there is a place in my heart for the caregivers who put themselves knowingly at risk fully understanding the possible consequences of doing so in order to aid their patience.
The smallest act of human kindness is never wasted.
To lay down one's life to assist another is possibly the greatest act of compassion and kindness.

In the 60's I read an article about chickens and cross diseases man could possibly get .When some ban the bombers were spouting forth on mass destruction any minute in my folky days ,I suggested that we would all die by chickens .I wish I had kept my mouth shut now .

My reality isn’t all that different from a month ago. I work a weird shift so I’m home when most people are at work so I don’t notice a lack of people around. I work in a hospital so I still go in most days, although we’re starting to get sent home without pay. My fantasy would have been that my Studebaker would have gotten delivered already, and I’d be quarantined (while getting paid) and get to stay home all day and work on all the projects I started and never finished...
I never thought I’d be home schooling my kids though! Man teachers DO NOT get nearly the respect (and wages) they deserve!

I saw some off-brand single ply on an end cap at the grocery about a week or so ago when I was out shopping for $12/8-9 pack... I’m so glad now that we had gone to Sam’s club and bought a big bulk pack before all of this fervor hit.
