This is a Fender Affinity Squier FSR with 2 HHs. I think it was released 2 or 3 yrs ago.
I'm thinking of buying it online but I wanted your opinion first, assuming you have one.
It also comes in black, but this orange is my kind of funky!

I’ve played these in stores, but never owned one. They are always just as good as a non-flashy affinity in my eyes, and they only really fetch a premium because of the cool colors and matching headstock. I’ve personally never found one that I would take over any other affinity.

    I like it !

My only issue with these is the thinner width of the neck at the nut.

The Affinity’s are nice players to me. I think the look of the guitar makes you want to play it more, so have at it if the price is right

I'm usually not a fan of painted heads but I have to say that I do like the look of that tele, I have one but it's a traditional bsb .

I like it! If the nut width is a non issue, than its a hit in my book. I have a player pack Affinity Tele with a wider nut. I love it!

That’s something only you can decide for yourself. Might be too narrow for Dwayne Johnson, but I don’t think you’re built like him. Would probably be too wide for a toddler. It’s all subjective.

I think it's a sharp looking guitar, especially with two HB. I wish I'd see one for sale, at a reasonable price when I actually have cash to buy guitars with.

I got one, standing next to my surf green Bullet.

Don't get me wrong, the Bullet is great, but this one is better overall quality IMHO. The only minus compared to the Bullet is the bare wood truss rod hole.

On the other hand, you cannot compare a dual humbucker guitar with a dual single coil guitar soundwise. I will replace the Bullet pickups (I haven't decided yet: either a set of SD Quarter Pound, or Fender Tex-Mex), I haven't decided on the Affinity yet. I bought it with the idea of changing them, but I'm not sure I will...

So, buy one, play it like it was a Custom shop. If you need help convincing the wife... show her one of the picture threads on this forum, and say her you're the laughing stock of of this forum, because you haven't bought this one yet.

I had three ... two orange and one black. I upgraded the harnesses with RRG's and changed the pickups to various GM HB pups. They sounded freakin' amazing.

The orignal pickups were a bit thin for HBs ... and the harness was cheap. The upgrades made the guitar stellar.

But same issue with fatboyzz ... the thin neck is a killer for me. I wound up moving them along. I can't do thin necks.

  17. Sorry buddy … I've done my share of "convincing" at my end. :D Best of luck.

I'm pretty sure it's 40mm at the nut.
