I've never seen one like this before. It has a Squier II, E7 neck. Can anyone tell me if the body and electronics are original or if it is a partscaster.

I can't tell if electronics or pickups are original without opening it....

But it looks stock, Korean Squier II Contemporary HSS, Torino Red

    Plywood body

    Check that serial again - E7 can't be right....it's E9 or S9, isn't it?

Samick builds never used E7 serials that I've seen.....

OR do you have a Fender Japan neck???

Thanks man. I guess I should have worded it differently and asked if was a legit model.

Crap, I guess for $75 I should go get it.

Yeah, they're worth about 150-ish online.....

Great necks....but cheap trapezoid tuners.....and laminate body, which I don't mind but some might.....

You're right about the serial #. Wonder why the pic you posted is clearer than what I see when I look at the ad on my computer?

I really like the no pickguard look.

Cuz you posted the photo from the ad's main page, I screen shotted them in full zoom mode on each pic using a program on my PC called Lightshot.

I used to have one of these in white. Great guitars. I loved how the pickups sound in these.
Sold it last year for $175. That one is a bargain!

I going to check it out in the morning. I have some pickups that I'd like to try in it but I'll give the stock ones a try before I make the swap.
