A Bluesman's Relic.

    My brother wanted a "relic" to go with his "Bluesbelly" persona and we saw this on the web. It seems to have been a Squier model of some sort. Needed a lot of work to put it into playing condition but it's a fine player now with a set of Artec alnicos and certainly looks the part. The relic paint job looks like it has been left in a lake; it's fun and causes a lot of comment.

    While not a big fan of artificial relic ing - this looks darn good ! ! ! And I imagine some of it's real ? I'm sure everyone wants to play it ! Great Work !

    Reliced guitars always leave me thinking Fake! Fake! Fake! but also Cool! Cool! Cool!

    I think the hardest task is removing the poly finish but I've seen videos where folk just use a heat gun and a scraper. My new Butterscotch CV Tele is looking worried....
