Default Need Help Korean Tele VN6

Hi all.
I don't know so much about telecasters as I do strats so I am looking for some help. I need to get a few tele's and I am looking at a korean made in 1996 that looks in good shape. Are the bodies on these like the standard tele or thinner like the affinities? I am looking for full sized bodies as I am using these to test a new line of tele pups in.
I would appreciate any feed back on this model or any others I should keep a look out for.
Many thanks

I think they are thin, mine is a ES MIK late 80's and is thin. I do prefer top loading Teles so the thins are ok with me. You will probably have to go for a Pro Tone, Standard, or CV models.

As far as I know, the MIK squier teles were standard thickness. However, some were plywood while others were solid, so you might want to check that out.

I have two MIK squier teles and have had others in the past. They're good little guitars for the money. Generally the necks are nice if a bit thin. I have one with a big neck on it, and it's fantastic. The only drawback is the cheap tuners and pickups, once you switch those out you will have a nice guitar.
