Default Dads build....

this is the build that im doing for my stepdad because he gave me his white body, I got the body in the mail yesterday and slapped it together last night and tested the wiring, everything went smooth, he going for the SRV look, which I love.....more to come....

Where did ya get the new body? I am looking to do a build but don't want to sand and paint. (i'm not good enough to do a sunburst).

yes its a rosewood with the big headstock, which im going to tint and clear coat... got the body off ebay 59.95, their blems, like this one has a nick under the neck plate which will be totally hidden, its full size, the seller is sleepy christy, seach fender squier body and youll see it... its the 2nd one ive got from them and sooooo worth 60.00...I had to plug and epoxy the neck screw holes(didnt line up) so its drying as we speak, hopefully I be able to at least get the dowels cut and sanded so I can at least get the holes drilled....

looks nice! I would trim that 70's head stock down though to a 50/60 style...I got a real dislike for those. I must have a condition.
