Default My Standard Strat- Modded

So I'm new here and thought I'd start of by sharing some of my guitars/projects. First up is a Std Strat that I modded with some cheap Krylon paint and some Bill Lawrence Keystone p'ups. The paint color is called sweet cream and has a nice vintage white look to it. The Krylon is cool too because it chips just right to give that worn look from a distance. This however was a temporary finish and will eventually be redone with a much cooler and higher quality finish. The Keystone p'ups are plain awesome, I really want to order more but haven't gotten around to it yet. Other upgrades include a Fender parchment "kit" for the knobs and switch tip to match the p'ups and a Sprague .022 orange drop cap. It plays and sounds amazing which is great considering I have less than the "new" price invested having picked it up on ebay for about a C-note plus shipping.

and a stock photo for the before reference:

Thanks guys. I didn't even realize that one of my other Squiers was in that pic. Two if you count the very tip of the Jagmaster hangin on the wall. That BSB Tele is(was) also loaded with a set of Bill Lawrence Keystones. Very nice Tele that I found in a pawnshop and did some modding to as well. It has now been torn apart and is in the middle of a little more serious modding.

Hey dhb, you aren't too far from me. I'm over in Pflugerville. Small world.

I'm curious about the BL Keystones you've got. What sort of tone do you get out of these? Are they like a vintage Strat tone, hotter strat tone, etc? I've been looking at getting a set of these for one of my Squier Strats but I don't want something similar to what is in the Strat I want another set of pickups for or like the 57/62s I have in my other Strat.
By the way the color looks really good for a rattlecan finish and the tortoiseshell pickguard really compliments the guitar finish.
