I won this on eBay it was a buy it now for $239 starting bid $100. I bid $100 and nobody else bid. I can't wait to get this baby in. Will post when i get it installed. I am not sure about the zero load tone control if any of you have knowledge of it let me know. I was going to use the GFS lil killers and all knew electronics but this was just a little more. See below for desciption
Up for sale is an 11-hole Strat pickguard loaded with 3 Dimarzio dual blade pickups ans the standard Strat 5 position switch.* The pickguard is wired (except for the output jack) and has a standard 5 position pickup selector switch.*

The neck pickup gets some extra high frequency assistance by means of the Zero-Load tone control. Passive tone controls typically work by bleeding the high frequency energy of your signal to ground. Even when the tone control is set to its highest resistence some high frequency energy still gets shunted to ground. Instead of the standard 250K pot, this pickguard has a Fender Zero-Load tone pot connected to the neck pickup. This pot acts like a standard tone control until it is pushed beyond the 10 position. At this point the pot becomes a switch and the entire resistance of the pot and the capacitance of the filter circuit are switched out of your guitar signal. The result is that ALL the high frequency energy of the neck pickup is now available for amplification. I have used these Zero-Load pots for many years. They are completely reliable and add new dimensions for your tone.**

The three pickups and their positions on the pickguard are:
Bridge Pickup-- Fast Track 1 DP181
Middle Pickup -- Cruiser DP187
Neck Pickup* * -- Cruiser DP186

From what I understand, the no load pots work in such a way that when they are turned to 10, it acts as though there is no tone control in the line. Regular pots still have some effect just being in the line.
