This is the Tele thread, so I'm gonna post Tele's only
This the my first Squier and my first Tele, a 2001 Affinity Tele n bought secondhand and nicknamed 'Bandit'. I loved this guitar, but I HATED the colour scheme, hence the stickers. After owning Bandit for about 2 weeks, I accidentally killed the neck pickup and sneakily took it back to the store. They asked if I wanted my money back on the guitar of if I wanted it fixed. I said 'fixed, please'. The guitar came back to me a week later with a mysterious old pickup in it, which seems to be some kind of staggered-pole AlNiCo strat pickup, and it sounded wonderful. Very clear and crisp, almost like an acoustic.
I eventually bought another Affinity (pictures below) and switched the necks, knobs, and neck pickups. I then sold Bandit away.
This is my second Affinity, a 2009 that replaced Bandit. In this pic, the guitar has the 2001 neck and knobs, as well as the mystry pickup. Recently, I swapped the neck from this guitar (the old 2001 neck from Bandit) onto a 2004 Standard Fat Tele and tried - and failed - to turn that guitar into an Esquire. That guitar will next be restored to stock (except the pots and caps) and this Affinity will be given the Esquire treatment.
Which is what I should have done in the first place.
This last one is a 2004 Squier Standard Fat Tele that I bought recently because I wanted a rockin' HB in the neck position. Turns out, I didn't find the pickup to be 'rockin', but loud and muddy and yuck. So I decided to use the guitar as a platform to mod. A bit of a mistake. Luckily, the guitar is easily restored, and I can worry about the pickup situation another time.
