I recently added a 3 saddle bridge to my Squier Standard Tele.

Folks say it cant be done easily, but all I needed to do was find a bridgeplate with the string through holes a bit further forward, shave about 1mm off the front of the pickup cavity, and it fitted well. Set of brass saddles, and this guitar sounds and plays so much better.



The three old holes from the old bridge still show, so I just put some small screws in them. No more untidy than old Bigsby holes though.

At some time I plan to repaint this guitar, so when that time comes, Ill fill these holes and spray over them
