I did try the coffee trick on a white Squire pup cover. It may have tinted it a bit. I may try scuffing up the surface with a scotch brite to se if it takes better.
I started the pics yesterday. Working on the neck tint now with the Zinnser you recommended. Looking good. Almost afraid to put up pics as it may get thrashed by some. I will send you a couple as I go along. i also ordered the decal from the website I sent you. Now I need all the extras...pg, backplate, vinage tuners and a new wiring kit. I have a bridge and neck pup from a Hyway 1 for it and looking for a middle pup.
